北京大学博雅特聘教授、现代农学院副院长、中国农业政策研究中心副主任，"国家杰青”(2019年入选)
主要研究领域：城乡协调发展中农村人力资本和公共基础设施的管理政策与影响评估研究，重点关注农村农村教育与健康

简介：刘承芳，女，侗族，北京大学博雅特聘教授、现代农学院副院长、中国农业政策研究中心副主任，2019年入选“国家杰青”。1998年获中国农业大学经济学学士学位，2001年获中国农业科学院管理学硕士学位，2008年获美国加州大学（戴维斯）农业与资源经济学博士学位。主要从事农村公共物品和人力资本与农村经济转型研究。主持过国家自然科学基金委杰出青年基金项目、应急管理项目、国际合作重点项目、面上项目等课题。迄今在Journal of Development Economics, Journal of Labor Economics等国内外知名期刊公开发表论文120多篇，出版中文著作3部。担任世界粮食计划署（WFP）等机构的咨询专家，美国农业与应用经济学会（AAEA）中国分会主席（2019-2021）。开设课程《应用微观计量经济学》和《发展经济学在中国的实践》（英文）。
