白军飞博士参加中国留美国经济学年会

      2011年7月17-19日，中心白军飞博士受邀参加了在北京举行的中国留美国经济学年会（CES），并在大会上做了题为“Optimizing Seed Portfolios to Cope Ex Ante with Risks from Bad Weather: Evidence from a Recent Maize Farmer Survey in China”的学术报告。
