Under the invitation of the Capital Institute for Economics of Education (CIEE) at Beijing Normal University (BNU), Dr. Chengfang Liu gave a talk titled“Teaching to the Tails: Teacher Performance Pay and the Distribution of Student Achievement”on Oct.15. During the talk, Dr. Liu shared the latest research findings from a randomized evaluation that she and her collaborators designed and conducted to test the impact of teacher performance pay on student achievement.
