PhD Graduate Liu Xiaohong Awarded Outstanding Graduate of Beijing Higher Education Institutions

Recently, Liu Xiaohong, a 2023 PhD graduate of the CCAP's Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management program, was awarded the title of Outstanding Graduate of Beijing Higher Education Institutions by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education. According to the relevant working documents of Peking University, the Outstanding Graduates of Peking University is 15% of the number of fresh graduates of the university, and the Outstanding Graduates of Beijing Municipality is 5% of the number of fresh graduates of the university.

Dr. Liu Xiaohong studied under the supervision of Prof. Huang Ji-kun. During her doctoral studies, she conducted research on the transformation of agriculture and rural areas, and has published many academic papers in the Journal of Integrative Agriculture, Labor Economics Research, and Agricultural Technology and Economics, etc. She was awarded the National Scholarship of Peking University, and the Triple Scholarship of Peking University. Dr. Xiaohong was awarded the Peking University National Scholarship, the Third Best Student, the Outstanding Research Award, the First Prize of English Special Scholarship, and the Outstanding Graduate of Peking University.
